The 941 Wedge made a regular appearance on the nightly specials list, but I’m happy to say it’s found a home among our other fresh, local salads. With iceberg, O’Brien Family Farm heirloom tomatoes, bacon crumble, Darwin’s Charapa Porter bleu cheese dressing, crispy onion strings, arugula chiffonade, this is sure to be a winner!
Our dessert menu now consists of entirely house-made items thanks to our talented team. The hit so far is a Blueberry Moscow Mule Float, Tyler’s Blueberry Ice Cream topped with alcoholic ginger beer, housemade lime caramel, whipped cream, and vodka-infused blueberries.
My new lunch favorite is The Luca (pictured above), with smoked turkey, provolone, baby spinach, tomato, portobello pepper relish, prosciutto aioli on toasted ciabatta. Named after our grandfather’s hometown in Italy, it’s amazing…try it for lunch today!
