I am excited to announce the launch of our new fall/winter menus at enRich!
My main inspiration? The return of delicious local produce. Big Tom from O’Brien Family Farms is gracious enough to supply his wonderful strawberries and tomatoes, which began arriving a couple weeks ago. Likewise, the Geraldson family have been busy picking their awesome greens: kale, arugula and spinach; among other vegetables which feature on several new salads. These two local farms will account for ~90% of enRich BIstro’s produce from now until April, when warm weather returns. Guests have been delighted at the return of our lamb meatballs and vegan red curry butternut squash soup from last winter’s menu. Newcomers to our dinner offerings are the andouille-encrusted mahi mahi and a prime pork cap steak, with a guava chipotle glaze and chorizo cheddar mashed potatoes. At lunch, “Bradenton’s Best Cuban” sandwich is already becoming a hit. Featuring house-braised mojo pork, all-natural smoked ham, Swiss cheese, kosher dill pickles and, for my twist, a sweet plantain mustard! “Bradenton’s Best” is a bold statement, but it’s a fun way to challenge other local Cuban sandwich makers.
Sunday Brunch has finally arrived to enRich. I couldn’t be more thrilled (despite losing my Sunday morning sleep-in). You’ll find an a la carte brunch selection joined by some popular soups, salads and sharing plates from our lunch & dinner menus. A THIRD local farm joins the mix as citrus and fresh-squeezed juices are coming in from Mixon Fruit Farms for our exclusive “Mixon-mosas.” Personally, my favorite brunch item is the enRich sausage benedict: my house-made, three meat sausage on a cheddar herb biscuit (made by local bakery Sugar Cubed), topped with a poached egg and cilantro hollandaise. You might recall this dish from recent Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Brunch!Life 2017 movie
Next week we’ll announce the special select menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, so remember to make reservations online! We wish you a wonderful holiday season and hope you choose to share it with us.
