We are very excited to join our friends at Taste Dining & Travel Magazine for their fun and gastronomic Big Feast event on Friday, May 12 at Motorworks Brewing.

As a welcome The Fish will be serving a Asian Chicken Skewer with a selection of their fabulous Sushi as appetizers with a beer and wine servings from 7 to 7:30.
The sit-down evening portion will feature The Feast serving a Tropicale Salad of baby arugula, sliced avocado, heart of palm, and Parmesan Reggiano cheese with a house-made balsamic vinaigrette and topped with a slice of filet mignon.
The two entrees will be from enRich Bistro and Mattison’s Riverwalk. Chef Rich Knowles will be serving Cajun-dusted
scallop and shrimp, with couscous, hearts of palm and a local veggies medley, honey lemon beurre blanc and Thai basil (similar dish pictured above). Chef Paul Mattison of Mattison’s Riverwalk will be presenting a Niman Ranch all natural Beef Short Rib basted with Motorworks Midnight Espresso Porter.
Finishing the evening will be gourmet desserts from Sugar Cubed with Chef Dana Johnson’s including a chocolate
espresso mousse with cocoa caramel and creme Anglaise.
The wines will flow throughout the evening and Motorworks Brewing’s excellent craft beers will also be served at each course. Live music from A Deeper Shade of Soul will certainly enhance the evening as the beer garden turns magical with this special event benefiting the Mayors’ Feed the Hungry Campaign.
